  5. ORDER When you've decided on your purchases, use the promo code to ensure you are only charged Hair salon/Stylist prices. If you are located in California,  you will also be charged for sales tax.
  6. Free Standard Shipping- Buyers in the US will have free shipping for all orders, when shipped within or to the US.
  7. NO Minimum Order Quantity- None of our products has a minimum quantity requirement. We will be happy to sell you a single product.

HAIR SALON/STYLIST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Hair salon/Stylist Terms and Conditions apply to buyers in the Continental United States and are subject to change at any time.

Note that for Hair salon/Stylist buyers outside of the United States, different terms will be in effect for Hair salon/Stylist shipping costs, estimated times, as well as for policies concerning returns and exchanges. These differences will be discussed individually with buyers after the application procedure is complete.

All Hair salon/Stylist accounts doing business with Hair Faux You will first go through an application process to provide cosmetologist license number and other details necessary to open an account. The entire account approval process should not take more than one business day. Web-only based businesses will be reviewed to verify that they are a fully functional retail website with a secure shopping cart check out process.

Your Promo Code (Discount)

In order to keep your 15% discount promo code active, you will need to make a purchase on our website, at least once every three months.

If you do not make a purchase within the 3 months time frame, your promo code will automatically be downgraded to 10% discount.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. During the first 14 days, prior to returning an item, please contact our customer service team at sales@hairfauxyou.com. In the event that you do need to return or exchange an item, it can be done as long as the item is in new and unused condition, inside its original packaging with all the hair pieces.

2. Human Hair Extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously.

3. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund and our representative will make sure the process is as easy as possible. Please understand that we cannot take back Hair Extension that has been styled, cut, colored, highlighted or altered in any way. The Hair Extensions may NOT be exchanged under any circumstance.

How it works?
You will need to order 3 identical items with the same length, color, weight, texture etc.
1. Choose a color combination from our wide variety of colors.
2. Choose a length: 12inch to 26inch.
3. Choose a texture: Straight, Body Wave, Deep Wave, Jerry Curl.
4. The production and delivery time will take 2 weeks approximately.
5. There is $15 custom order fee.
6. A 50% deposit is required to place an order. Once an order is placed, it may not be cancelled, returned or refunded. Balance in full is due before shipping out the items.
